Cold Smoke

Bitter cold temps and consistent light snowfall gave us excellent riding conditions throughout the week. Most of the photos in this post were from last Monday's mission to a new zone. It ended up being the best run of my season. The conditions lined up perfect for us. About a foot of cold smoke pow fell with little wind the night before. We topped out at 5 pm after a 7 hour approach. The run down was perfect. During the rest of the week, we generally rode in the familiar stomping grounds. No need to leave good snow to find good snow. This season continues to get better. It looks like the storm door will swing back open in the coming days. Spring should start with a bang.
