We're getting seven to eight laps a day in the backcountry with the truck and a willing driver.
The days start with laps on Santa Teresa from El Colorado. As the sun starts to set, we head to the top of the road that leads to Valle Nevado and ride directly from the road.
Yesterday our crew expanded to seven people by the end of the day. The coolest thing was how international our crew was. We had people from the United States, Canada, Chile, Brazil, and Spain. All of us sharing our passion for sliding on snow from the back of a pickup truck high in the Andes.
